أرسلت روسيا طائرتين من طراز "سوخوي سوبرجيت 100" إلى مصر، حيث تشهد القاهرة محادثات بين ممثلي الصناعة الجوية الروسية و"مصر للطيران" بشأن تزويد الشركة المصرية بطائرات "سوخوي سوبرجيت 100".
ووصل ممثلو الصناعة الجوية الروسية إلى القاهرة ضمن الوفد الروسي برئاسة وزير الصناعة والتجارة إلى اجتماع المنتدى الاقتصادي الروسي المصري، واستقبل الوفد الروسي طائرة من طراز "سوخوي سوبرجيت 100" للوصول إلى العاصمة المصرية.
كما وصلت طائرة أخرى من هذا الطراز إلى القاهرة، وقال المتحدث الرسمي باسم الصناعة الجوية الروسية إن هذه الطائرة توجهت إلى مصر في مهمة عرض قدراتها على ممثلي شركات الطيران.
وتم تدشين مشروع "سوخوي سوبرجيت 100" في عام 2000، وأنتجت روسيا 99 طائرة من هذا الطراز حتى الآن ويقدر ثمن طائرة "سوخوي سوبرجيت 100" بـ 36 مليون دولار.
