Other unbuilt variants included the "F-15U", which was an F-15E modified for a United Arab Emirates (UAE) requirement; and the "F-15U (Plus)", which as its name implies was a much more heavily modified version of the F-15U for the UAE requirement, featuring such options as a bigger wing, built-in targeting system, and possibly vectored-thrust exhausts. The MDD proposals didn't make it into the finals of the competition.

This design may seem too radical to be a serious aircraft project, but it was. I first saw this design in the PS2 game Air Force Delta Strike, and I've never seen an image of it anywhere else --- so, I decided to be the first on the 'net 3-view it!
The F-15U+ is a conceptual derivative of the F-15E Strike Eagle, designed by McDonnel Douglas in the early 1990s. As it's appearence suggests, it is basically a standard F-15E fuselage with the horizontal stabilizers deleted, coupled with a new delta wing.
The intended purpose of the F-15U+ was to meet a requirement set by the UAE for a Striker not unlike the F-15E, but with very different performance and design standards (hence, the radically-altered design). A number of similar aircraft were offered to the UAE --- including the similarly-modified F-16U, and the Mig-29M Fulcrum --- but the F-15U+ design was dismissed from the competition early-on, and the planned prototype was never built. McDonnel Douglas ceased all marketing attempts since the UAE competition, and the program is effectively dead.
Compared to the F-15E, the internal fuel, range, payload, and number of weapon stations of the F-15U+ have all been significantly increased (my interperetation of this design also has the GE F110 engine, instead of the P&W F100 used in most other F-15s). It also boasts a higher P/W ratio and fuel fraction than the F-15E, and a shockingly-low wing loading; it would have been a holy terror against any foe in the air, as well as on the ground.
BTW: I'm aware that the fuselage in the schematic of this aircraft doesn't look "quite right" compared to the real F-15. This is not part of McDonnel Douglas' re-design, but a mistake on my part (I find the shape of the F-15 to be VERY hard to draw).

ان هذا التصميم ثوري للغاية لان يبنى كمشروع طائرة لكن كنت قد رأيت هذا التصميم في لعبة بلاي ستيشن 2 وهي ديلتا سترايك , لم اكن قد رأيت الصورة في اي مكان اخر لذلك قررت ان اكون اول من يبحث عنها ويأتي بمعلوماتها .
ال +F15 U هي اشتقاق كونسبت من الF15 E سترايك ايجل والتي صممتها ماكدونال دوجلاس في بدايات 1990 . كما يدل المضهر , لديها ذات الجذع ( Fuselage ) المعياري لطائرات اف15 اي مع الغاء ال horizontal stabilizers وتأتي مع اجنحة ديلتا جديدة .
المقصد وراء الطائرة المقترحة هو للوفاء بمتطلبات الامارات العربية المتحدة في طائرتها المهاجمة ليست مختلفة عن الاف15 اي ولكن باداء مختلف جدا وبالتالي تعديلات تصميمية للوفاء بها .
عدد من الطائرات المشابهة عرض على الامارات العربية المتحدة في تلك الفترة كالاف16 U المعدلة و ميج-29 M فولكروم . ولكن الاف 15 U + المعدلة التصميم تم الغاؤها من المنافسة من بدايتها والنموذج المقترح لم يتم بناؤه وماكدونال دوجلاس اوقفت كل محاولاتها التسويقية منذ المنافسة الاماراتية والغي البرنامج .
مقارنة ب F 15 E , الوقود الداخلي , المدى , الحمولة , عدد نقاط حمل السلاح في الاف 15 U+ تم رفعها جذريا ( تحليلي لهذا التصميم انه يحوي ايضا المحرك GE F110 بدل المحرك P&W F100 المستخدم في معظم طائرات اف15 ) .
كما انها تحقق معدلات ( القوة للوزن ) او Power to Weight ratio اعلى من الاف15 اي وتحميل اسفل الجناح مذهل . كانت لتكون رعبا تجاه اي عدو في الجو او في الارض .
بالمناسبة : انا واع ان جذع الطائرة ( Fueselage ) كما بين مخططها لايبدو صحيحا مقارنة بالاف 15 الحقيقية , هذا ليس جزءا من اعادة تصميم طائرة ماكدونال دوجلاس ولكنه خطأ من جانبي ( وجدت ان شكل الاف 15 صعبا جدا ان يرسم ) .

LOCKHEED MARTIN'S plans to produce advanced derivatives of the F-16 combat aircraft have been dealt a blow with the United Arab Emirates (UAE) deciding to drop the F-16U from its strike-fighter competition.
The UAE's decision to reject the Lockheed Martin offer was because of the associated $2-3 billion development cost, say sources close to the programme. Lockheed is now offering the UAE F-16C/D Block 50 aircraft as a less costly (and less capable) alternative to the F-16U. The company was hoping to use the UAE as the launch customer for the advanced F-16 derivative. Lockheed Martin says that it could not comment on the range of F-16s being offered.
